摘　　要：目的系统评价脑卒中患者发生护理依赖的影响因素,为降低脑卒中患者护理依赖,提高生活质量提供参考依据。方法检索知网、万方、维普、CBM、CINAHL、PubMed等中外数据库中有关脑卒中患者护理依赖影响因素的文献,时限为建库至2023年7月30日。文献筛选严格遵循纳入排除标准,2名研究者分别对纳入文献进行质量评价和数据提取,采用Review Manager5.4与Stata 14.0进行数据分析。结果共纳入9项研究,包括2362例研究对象。文献的AHRQ质量评价得分为6~9分。Meta分析结果显示:年龄、是否有肢体功能障碍、是否共存其他慢性疾病、抑郁程度、康复自我效能、有无认知功能障碍是脑卒中患者护理依赖的影响因素。结论护理依赖在脑卒中患者中较为常见但依赖水平不同,涉及的影响因素较多。医护人员可依据上述影响因素,尽早识别护理依赖高危人群,从而开展针对性的护理干预。Objective To systematically review the influencing factors of caring dependence in stroke patients,so as to provide a scientific basis for reducing caring dependence and improving the quality of life of stroke patients.Methods The literature on influencing factors of caring dependence in stroke patients from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,CINAHL,Pubmed and other Chinese and foreign databases were searched from their inception to 30th July 2023.Literature screening strictly followed the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and two researchers independently extracted data and evaluated the quality of the included literature.The research was analyzed by Review Manager 5.4 and Stata 14.0.Results A total of 9 studies involving 2362 subjects were included.The AHRQ quality assessment scores of the papers ranged from 6 to 9.The results of the meta-analysis showed that age,limb dysfunction,coexisting with other chronic diseases,degree of depression,cognitive dysfunction,and rehabilitation self-efficacy were the main influencing factors of caring dependence of stroke patients.Conclusions Caring dependence is common in stroke patients,but the level is inconsistent,and there are many influencing factors involved High-risk groups should be identified as soon as possible and targeted nursing intervention should be carried out.
