摘　　要：随着全球医疗技术的飞速发展和医疗环境的不断变化,医学教育面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。特别是在麻醉学领域,随着手术复杂性的增加和患者需求的多样化,对麻醉医师的专业技能和综合素质提出了更高的要求。因此,医学教育改革势在必行,其中以能力为导向的培养模式因其能够有效提升医学生的临床实践能力和适应未来医疗需求的能力,而成为麻醉学专业硕士研究生教育的重要发展趋势。本文旨在通过深入分析和综述现有文献,探讨如何构建和实施一种以能力为导向的临床技能培训模式,以提升麻醉学专业硕士研究生的临床综合能力。通过对比分析不同国家的培训模式,总结成功案例与挑战,本文将为麻醉学教育的改革提供科学依据和实践指导,帮助培养更多具备高水平临床技能和职业素养的麻醉学专业人才,以满足日益增长的医疗健康服务需求。With the rapid development of global medical technology and the constant change of medical environment,medical education faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Especially in the field of anesthesiology,with the increase of the complexity of surgery and the diversification of patient needs,higher requirements are placed for the professional skills and comprehensive qualities of anesthesiologists.Therefore,the reform of medical education is imperative,Particularly,the ability-oriented training mode has become an important development trend of master's education in anesthesiology because it can effectively improve their clinical practice ability and the ability to adapt to the future medical needs.This paper aims to explore how to construct and implement a competency-oriented clinical skills training model to enhance clinical competence through in-depth analysis and review of the existing literature.By comparing and analyzing the training models in different countries and summarizing the successful cases and challenges,this paper will provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the reform of anesthesiology education,and help to cultivate more anesthesiology professionals with high-level clinical skills and professional qualities,so as to meet the growing demand for medical and health services.
