摘　　要：伴随人工智能、大数据等数字技术在财务管理领域的广泛应用,培养具备数字创新能力的新型财务人才已然成为财务管理专业教育的重要任务。该文旨在探讨新型财务人才数字创新能力的培养模式。首先,系统分析数字创新能力对于新型财务人才的重要意义;其次,进一步明确新型财务人才数字创新能力的内涵及特征;最后,从设定培养目标、优化课程体系、搭建实践平台、深化校企合作、加强国际交流与合作、创新教学方法和手段、加强师资建设、构建评价与反馈机制八个方面全面构建新型财务人才数字创新能力的培养模式。Accompanied by the wide application of artificial intelligence,big data and other digital technologies in the field of financial management,the cultivation of new financial talents with digital innovation ability has become an important task in the professional education of financial management.This paper aims to explore the cultivation mode of digital innovation ability of new financial talents.Firstly,it systematically analyzes the significance of digital innovation ability for new financial talents;secondly,it further clarifies the connotation and characteristics of digital innovation ability of new financial talents;finally,it comprehensively constructs the cultivation mode of digital innovation ability of new financial talents from six aspects:setting cultivation objectives,optimizing the curriculum system,building a practice platform,deepening cooperation between schools and enterprises,strengthening the construction of teachers,and constructing an evaluation and feedback mechanism.
