摘  要:为提高船舶管路布局优化设计效率,提出一种结合种群进化率和Levy飞行的改进鲸鱼优化算法——LEWOA.对船舶管路布局空间和设备进行数学建模,结合船舶管路布局特点设计评价函数,提出一种自适应导向步进编码方法来提高栅格法下算法的运行效率;引入折弯模式提高管路路径初始种群质量,结合种群进化率和Levy飞行有效平衡了算法的全局搜索能力和局部搜索能力;提出一种利用斐波那契数列寻找分支管路分支点的方法.通过单管路和复杂多管路的仿真案例对比验证了算法的鲁棒性和准确性,对船舶管路布局方案选择具有一定的指导意义.To improve the efficiency of ship pipeline layout optimization and design,an improved whale optimization algorithm that integrates population evolution rate and Levy flight-LEWOA is proposed.The ship pipeline layout space and equipment are mathematically modeled,the evaluation functions based on the characteristics of ship pipeline layout are designed,and an adaptive guided step coding method is proposed to improve the operational efficiency of algorithms under the grid method.The initial population quality of pipeline paths is improved by bending mode,and the global and local search capabilities of the algorithm are effectively balanced by combining population evolution rate and Levy flight.A method to find branching points of branching pipelines is proposed using Fibonacci sequence.The robustness and accuracy of the algorithm are verified by comparing simulation cases of single pipeline and complex multi pipeline,which has certain guiding significance for the selection of ship pipeline layout schemes.
