摘 要:地西泮是我国不得在动物性食品中检出的一类兽药,却时常在水产品抽检中出现,给人类健康和生态环境带来极大的威胁,因此,开展地西泮残留检测和风险评价是食品质量安全控制中重要的环节之一。本文通过综述我国水产品及渔业环境、渔用投入品等水产养殖关键要素中地西泮的残留现状,分类讨论地西泮检测常用的样品前处理技术和分析方法,总结归纳地西泮在生态环境和水产品中的毒性效应和风险评价概况,旨在为食品安全风险管控提供参考。Diazepam as a kind of veterinary drug that is not allowed to be detected in animal food in China,but it often appears in sampling of fishery products,which causes a great threat to human health and the ecological environment.Therefore,the detection of diazepam residues and risk assessments are important parts of food quality and safety control.This paper summarizes the current status of diazepam residues in the fishery environment,fishery products,fishery inputs and other aquaculture in the whole process in China.The commonly used sample pretreatment techniques and detection techniques for diazepam residues are discussed in combination with relevant research to provide an overview of the toxic effects and the risk assessment of diazepam in the ecological environment and fishery products,and to provide a reference for food safety risk control.
