摘 要:该研究为了解高等学校师范生心理健康素养现状及其影响因素,以提升其心理健康素养提供实证依据。研究采用心理健康素养问卷对495名高等学校师范生进行调查,年龄为19.57岁±1.52岁。结果显示,师范生的心理健康素养整体具备率较低;师范生心理健康素养的具备率及各维度得分在多个变量上存在显著差异,回归分析发现性别、年级、生源地及家庭教养方式是师范生心理健康素养的影响因素。受到个体内外多方面因素的影响,高等学校师范生的心理健康素养整体水平较低,师范生心理健康素养的提升教育应伴随着其自身发展而不断加强,以便更好地指导师范生未来职业生涯。This study aims to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of normal students'mental health literacy,in order to provide empirical evidence for improving their mental health literacy.495 normal students aged 19.57±1.52 years old were surveyed using the Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire in this study.The results show that the overall level of normal students'mental health literacy was low.There were significant differences in the level of mental health literacy among multiple variables.Regression analysis found that gender,grades,origins,and parenting style were the influencing factors of normal students'mental health literacy score.We draw the following conclusion that the overall level of mental health literacy of normal students was low,which was affected by individual internal and external factors.The improvement education of normal students'mental health literacy should be strengthened with the development of normal students,so as to be better guide their future career.
