茶文化融入公安院校人才培养的价值分析及实施策略

摘　　要：茶文化作为中华文化意蕴深厚的表征,是茶与文化的嵌合体,它集物质层文化与精神层文化于一体,源远流长,博大精深,是中华传统文化的标志性符号。“茶人精神”有助于浸润平和心境,提升学生人格修养;“茶德内核”有助于涵养高洁品德,打造公安文化高地;“茶道秉性”有助于培育良好心智,厚植公安院校人文精神;“茶之哲识”有助于推动文化赋能,践行人民警察核心价值观。公安院校应回归致和求真的本源,整合工具理性与价值理性;融入茶文化的审美意象,构造公安院校课程的茶美学意境;创设以茶文化为载体的体验活动,实施文化强警战略,逐步推进公安院校人才培养的文化自觉、文化自信、文化自强。Tea culture,as a profoundsymbol of Chinese culture,is a chimera of tea and culture,which is a combination of material culture and spiritual culture,has a long history.It is an iconic symbol of Chinese traditional culture."Tea-man spirit"helps to infiltrate peace of mind and improve students'personality."Tea-morality core"helps to cultivate high moral character and create the police culture highland."Tea ceremony temperament"helps to cultivate a good mind and cultivate humanistic spirit in police collegesdeeply."Tea philosophy"helps to promote cultural empowerment and practice the core values of the People's police.Police colleges should return to the origin of seeking truth,integrate instrumental rationality and value rationality,integrate the aesthetic image of tea culture,construct the aesthetic conception of tea in the curriculum of public security colleges,and create the experience activities with tea culture as the carrier,to implement the strategy of strengthening police by culture and gradually promote the cultural consciousness,cultural self-confidence and cultural self-improvement of police colleges.
