摘　　要：该文通过对大学人才培养目标的解析,分析新时代人才需求面临的挑战,围绕学生综合素质在人才培养中的重要性,着重探讨学科竞赛在培养大学生综合素质的作用,参与学科竞赛活动可以培养和锻炼大学生的思想素质、专业素质、人文素质、科技创新素质、身心素质,以及拓宽国际视野和国际交流能力等,并基于学科竞赛提出课程与竞赛相结合、实践与理论相结合、团队协作与个人发展相结合的人才培养模式,以及建立竞赛指导团队、完善竞赛激励机制和加强校企合作的实施策略。This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the demand for talents in the new era through the analysis of the goals of talent cultivation in universities.Focusing on the importance of students'comprehensive qualities in talent cultivation,it emphasizes on the role of subject competitions in cultivating the comprehensive qualities of college students.Participating in subject competition activities can cultivate and exercise the ideological,professional,humanistic,technological innovation,physical and mental qualities of college students,as well as broaden their international perspectives and communication abilities.It also proposes a talent cultivation model based on subject competitions,which combines courses with competitions,practice with theory,team cooperation with personal development,as well as the implementation strategies of establishing competition guidance teams,improving competition incentive mechanisms,and strengthening school enterprise cooperation.
