摘 要:为提升煤层注水的降尘效果,以马兰煤矿8号煤层为研究对象,采用表面活性剂复合技术,设计复合湿润剂作为注水添加剂,系统评估其在煤层湿润和降尘效能方面的应用潜力。选择月桂醇磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠(AK-201A)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)作为湿润剂,分别研究了不同质量分数单体湿润剂和SDBS与AK-201A、AEO-9不同复配比例湿润剂对水的表面张力和煤粉的完全沉降时间影响。结果表明,湿润剂能有效降低水的表面张力,加速煤粉的沉降,从而提高降尘效率;随着湿润剂的质量分数的增加,水的表面张力和煤粉沉降时间逐渐减小;3种湿润剂中SDBS表现出最优的降尘性能,尤其是与AEO-9以3∶1的比例复配时,展现了较好的湿润和降尘效果。In order to enhance the dust reduction effect of water injection in coal seams,the No.8 coal seam of Malan Coal Mine was taken as the research object,and surfactant compounding technology was used to design compound wetting agents as water injection additives,their application potentials in terms of wetting and dust reduction efficacy in coal seams were systematically evaluated.Disodium monosodium lauryl sulfosuccinate(AK-201A),sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)and aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9)were selected as wetting agents,and the effects of different mass fractions of monomer wetting agents and different compound ratios of wetting agents of SDBS and AK-201A and AEO-9 on the surface tension of water and the complete sedimentation time of coal dust were studied respectively.The results show that the wetting agent can effectively reduce the water surface tension and accelerate the settlement of coal dust,thus improving the dust reduction efficiency.With the increase of the mass concentration of the wetting agent,the surface tension of water and the sedimentation time of coal dust decreased gradually.Among the three wetting agents,SDBS showed the best dust reduction performance,especially when it was compounded with AEO-9 in the ratio of 3∶1,which demonstrated a better wetting and dust reduction effect.
