摘  要:目前海外油气田中央油气处理设施项目多采用总承包模式完成项目建设,设计和施工处于同一组织管理体系下,但设计和施工仍然是两个相对独立和专业化的工作。设计在项目工作前期对平面布置方案的可施工性进行深入研究,有助于施工阶段进行合理地调度,有利于节约成本,达到良好的进度控制,提高项目的管理效率。本文以海外某油气田中央油气处理系统为例,对油气中央处理系统平面布置的可施工性进行研究,从总体到局部系统地阐述了平面布置的可施工性问题,为同类或相近项目的平面布置设计提供了借鉴。At present,most of the projects of central oil&gas treatment facilities in overseas oil and gas fields are completed through the general contracting mode.Design and construction are under the same organizational management system,but they are still two relatively independent and specialized tasks.In the early stage of project work,conducting in-depth research on the constructability of the layout plan scheme is helpful for reasonable scheduling during the construction stage,conducive to cost savings,achieving good schedule control,and improving the project management efficiency.Taking the central oil&gas processing system of a certain overseas oil and gas field as an example,this paper studies the constructability of the layout plan of the oil&gas central processing system,systematically expounds the constructability issues of the layout plan from overall to local,and provides reference for the layout plan design of similar or related projects.
