摘  要:高职院校的知识管理具有时代紧迫性和艰巨性,管理工作的有效性在很大程度上决定着人才培养质量。本文对“双高计划”背景下高职院校进行知识管理的动因和目标进行了梳理。应积极推动高职院校知识体系的建构,将知识管理与高职院校发展深度契合。提出将知识视为高职院校发展的战略资产,通过整合知识来推动知识在流动中增值等策略。It is believed that knowledge management in higher vocational colleges has the urgency and difficulty of the times,and the effectiveness of the management work largely determines the quality of talent cultivation.This article provides a preliminary overview of the motivations and goals for knowledge management in higher vocational colleges under the background of the“Double High Plan”.It is believed that the opportunity of the“Double High Plan”should be utilized to promote the construction of knowledge system in higher vocational colleges,and to actively promote the deep integration of knowledge management and college construction.It is proposed that knowledge should be regarded as a strategic asset for the development of higher vocational colleges,and that some strategies should be adopted to promote knowledge appreciation in the flow through integration of knowledge.
