摘 要:本文以珠海市兴业快线大断面矩形顶管隧道工程为依托,通过有限差分法模拟顶管的施工过程,研究顶进力、注浆压力、摩阻力等施工参数对地表变形产生的影响规律,同时分析不同泥浆分布类型给地表变形带来的影响机制。结果表明增大顶进力和注浆压力可有效控制地表沉降,而侧摩阻力则会加剧地表变形;当浆液聚集于管节上方时,所引起的地表变形幅度相较浆液集中于管节下方时要小。基于上述研究成果,建议将支护压力设定为静止土压力的1.2倍,把注浆压力控制在20~30 kPa范围内,并且优先保证顶管顶部的注浆效果。This paper is based on the large section rectangular pipe jacking tunnel project of Xingye Express Line in Zhuhai City,simulates the construction process of pipe jacking by finite difference method,to study the influence of construction parameters such as jacking force,grouting pressure,and frictional resistance on surface deformation.At the same time,the influence mechanism of different mud distribution types on surface deformation is analyzed.The results indicate that increasing the jacking force and grouting pressure can effectively control surface settlement,while lateral frictional resistance will exacerbate surface deformation;when the slurry accumulates above the pipe section,the magnitude of surface deformation caused is smaller compared to when the slurry is concentrated below the pipe section.Based on the above research results,it is recommended to set the support pressure to 1.2 times the static soil pressure,control the grouting pressure within the range of 20-30 kPa,and prioritize ensuring the grouting effect at the top of the top pipe.
