摘　　要：公共文化机构数字化转型既是实现公共文化服务均等化的有力抓手,也是推进实施国家文化数字化战略的重要内容。文章在系统梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,运用规范性研究方法,从宏观视角系统地阐释公共文化机构数字化转型的理论意蕴与内在逻辑。公共文化机构转型的理论意蕴主要体现在服务资源数字化、服务管理平台化、服务获取便捷化、服务体验智能化,呈现出优化管理结构的制度逻辑、消除资源鸿沟的实践逻辑、畅通表达渠道的目标逻辑、追求社会责任的价值逻辑。从实践来看,现阶段还面临着管理体制滞后、数字鸿沟加剧、技术支撑不足以及数据安全风险等问题。面对数字化发展浪潮所带来的挑战,未来应从协同联动机制、质量管理机制、技术适配机制、风险防范机制等方面入手,探索实现公共文化机构数字化转型的机制创新。The digital transformation of public cultural institutions is not only a powerful means to achieve equal access to public cultural services but also an essential component of implementing the national strategy for cultural digitization.Based on a systematic review of relevant literature from both domestic and international sources,this article employs normative research methods to explain the theoretical implications and internal logic of the digital transformation of public cultural institutions from a macro perspective.The theoretical implications of the transformation in public cultural institutions primarily manifest in the digitization of service resources,the platformization of service management,the convenience in accessing services,and the intelligent service experiences,which presents a governance logic that optimizes institutional structures,a practice logic aimed at closing resource gaps,a goal logic focused on streamlining channels for expression,and a value logic that pursues social responsibility.In practice,however,there are still challenges such as lagging management systems,widening digital divides,inadequate technical support,and data security risks.In the face of the challenges posed by the wave of digital development,future efforts should focus on exploring mechanisms for innovation in digital transformation,including collaborative linkage mechanisms,quality management mechanisms,technology adaptation mechanisms,and risk prevention mechanisms.
