摘　　要：农村老年教育是新时代老年教育体系的重要内容。当前,受教育资源紧缺、供需矛盾突出等多种因素影响,农村老年教育普遍存在政策性支持缺失、社会性支持缺失、自我性支持缺失等问题。社会工作以助人自助为宗旨,综合运用专业理论、知识、技能和方法,解决各种社会问题的专业和职业,可以通过强化阵地支持、强化专业支持、强化资源支持、强化队伍支持、强化氛围支持等举措,助推农村老年教育破解发展困境,实现老年教育的城乡均衡发展。Rural elderly education is an important part of the elderly education system in the new era.At present,affected by a variety of factors as shortage of educational resources and prominent contradiction between supply and demand,rural elderly education generally has problems such as lack of policy support,lack of social support and lack of self-support.Social work,as a profession and occupation that aims at helping people and helping themselves,comprehensively applies professional theories,knowledge,skills and methods to solve various social problems,can help rural education for the elderly solve the development dilemma and realize the balanced development of education for the elderly in urban and rural areas by strengthening position support,professional support,resource support,team support and atmosphere support.
