摘 要:采用固相合成法制备具有钙钛矿结构的(1-x)(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_(3)-xCa(Al_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(3)陶瓷(KNN-xCAN,0.02≤x≤0.08)。研究发现,随着CAN掺杂含量的增加,陶瓷的晶体结构向对称结构以及驰豫铁电体演变,且晶粒尺寸逐渐减小。光照可引起介电常数增加,同时导致介电损耗增加。当x=0.03时,样品表现出优异的光介电响应性能,在光波长为365 nm的紫外光照射,测试频率为80 Hz时,介电可调率可高达663%,随着测试频率的增加,介电可调率快速降低,并在100 kHz后维持在6%左右。当光源开关时,可以观察到明显的电容开关特性,且具有可逆性。本研究为基于KNN基陶瓷开发新型非接触式光调电容器和光开关提供了实验依据。The(1-x)(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_(3)-xCa(Al_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(3)(KNN-xCAN,0.02≤x≤0.08)perovskite ceramics were prepared by solid phase synthesis method.With the increase of CAN doping content,the phase structure of ceramic samples changes to the symmetric structure,the ferroelectric state transforms from the normal ferroelectric to the relaxor ferroelectric state,and the grain size gradually decreases.The increase of dielectric constant and dielectric loss caused by illumination.The sample at x=0.03 shows significant photodielectric response,and its dielectric tunability of 663% can be obtained at 365 nm ultraviolet light and test frequency of 80 Hz.With the increase of test frequency,the dielectric tunability decreases rapidly and remains at about 6% after 100 kHz.When the light source is switched,an obvious capacitive switching characteristics can be observed,and is reversible.These research provide experimental basis for the development of new non-contact optical capacitor and optical switch based on KNN ceramics.
