摘 要:强制搅拌机叶片在复杂工况下的磨损失效将直接降低沥青混合料的质量和生产效率。为揭示沥青混合料搅拌过程中搅拌叶片的磨损特征,保障搅拌机安全高效生产,利用离散元软件EDEM建立了沥青混合料搅拌运动过程中的耦合模型,考虑了沥青混合料温度,基于Archerd磨损模型和离散元法对搅拌筒和拌叶片进行了数值模拟。结果表明,搅拌叶的磨损程度远大于搅拌筒,其中搅拌叶片4磨损深度最大,最容易发生失效,磨损程度最大处为搅拌叶外侧边缘,且切向磨损大于法向磨损,可以通过增大安装角来降低切向力导致的磨损,搅拌叶4安装角由0°优化为30°,安装角优化后使用寿命可以提升15.5%,优化后搅拌叶片最大工况下预计工作415 d需要更换,为提升搅拌叶片使用寿命和更换时间提供了依据。The wear failure of the forced mixer blades under complex working conditions will directly reduce the quality and production efficiency of the asphalt mixture.To reveal the wear characteristics of the mixer blades during the asphalt mixture stirring process and to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mixer,a coupled model of the asphalt mixture stirring motion process is established using the discrete element software EDEM,considering the temperature of the asphalt mixture.Based on the Archerd wear model and the discrete element method,numerical simulation is conducted on the mixing drum and the blades.The results show that the wear degree of the mixing blades is much greater than that of the mixing drum,with the wear depth of the mixing blade 4 being the greatest and most prone to failure.The greatest wear occurs at the outer edge of the mixing blade,and the tangential wear is greater than the normal wear.The wear caused by tangential force can be reduced by increasing the installation angle.The installation angle of the mixing blade 4 is optimized from 0°to 30°.After the optimization of the installation angle,the service life can be increased by 15.5%.It is estimated that after the optimization,the mixing blades need to be replaced after working for 415 days under the maximum working conditions,providing a basis for improving the service life and replacement time of the mixing blades.
