摘  要:冷冻隧道库体由多块隔热夹芯板组成,库体夹芯板之间的安装缝隙大小直接决定着冷冻隧道质量。由于人工随机转配存在质量控制困难,基于提升装配质量和装配率,研究将计算机辅助选择装配(CASA)技术用于冷冻隧道库体装配,实质就是库板组成环偏差的合理选配。明确计算机辅助选择装配质量目标函数,建立了选择装配寻优路径,构建了寻优数学模型,并制订寻优原则。搭建计算机辅助选择装配系统,以零部件尺寸信息为输入,以装配工艺系统图为约束,利用带约束的双层蚂蚁遍历寻优方法生成最优装配方案。出厂包装时,工艺人员利用所述方法进行模拟组装,将对应的冷冻隧道库板进行编号,包装在一起,发往工地,安装时按照编号进行装配。通过仿真计算可知,使用基于蚁群算法的选择装配质量为0.651,比人工随机装配提高了256%,极大提升了食品冷冻隧道库体的装配质量,提高食品冷冻效率。The frozen tunnel storage body is composed of multiple insulated sandwich panels,and the size of the installation gap between the sandwich panels directly determines the quality of the frozen tunnel.Due to the difficulty of quality control in manual random transfer,in order to improve assembly quality and assembly rate,computer-aided selection assembly(CASA)technology is applied to the assembly of frozen tunnel storage bodies in the study,which essentially involves the rational selection and matching of storage plate composition ring deviations.The computer-aided selection of assembly quality objective function was clarified,and the selection of assembly optimization path was established.A mathematical model for optimization was constructed,and optimization principles were formulated.A computer-aided selection assembly system is to be built,taking component size information as input and assembly process system diagram as constraint,using a constrained double-layer ant traversal optimization method to generate the optimal assembly solution.When packaging at the factory,the process personnel are required to use the method to simulate assembly.The corresponding frozen tunnel storage panels are numbered,packaged together,and sent to the construction site for installation according to the numbers.Through simulation calculations,it is known that using ant colony algorithm based selection assembly quality is 0.651,which is 256%higher than manual random assembly,greatly improving the assembly quality of food freezing tunnel storage and enhancing food freezing efficiency.
