结构功能主义视角下我国老旧小区体育设施适老化改造升级研究

摘　　要：推动老旧小区体育设施适老化改造是积极应对人口老龄化的应有之义,是构建更高水平全民健身公共服务体系的重要内容,是打造韧性社区的有效举措。运用文献资料、实地访谈等研究方法,从结构功能主义视角探讨我国老旧小区体育设施适老化改造的现实困境与推进路径。研究发现,当前我国老旧小区体育设施适老化改造存在适应不恰、目标失配、整合不顺、维系不稳等问题。研究认为,应从优化配套政策体系,全方位激发改造动力;形成决策共商氛围,多形式推动供需匹配;构建资金共担机制,多渠道整合改造资源;打造长效建管机制,全过程提升改造效能等方面推进老旧小区体育设施适老化改造。By employing the methods of literature review and on-site interviews,this study systematically explores the practical challenges and promotion paths for the aging-friendly renovation of sports facilities in old residential areas in China from the perspective of structural functionalism.The research identifies issues such as inadequate adaptation,mismatched goals,poor integration,and unstable maintenance in the current aging-friendly transformation of sports facilities in old residential areas in China.It is argued that the aging-friendly renovation of sports facilities in old residential areas should be promoted through optimizing the supporting policy system to fully stimulate the motivation for transformation;creating a collaborative decision-making atmosphere to promote supply and demand matching in various forms;building a shared funding mechanism to integrate resources for transformation through multiple channels;and establishing a long-term construction and management mechanism to enhance the effectiveness of the transformation throughout the process.
