摘  要:产教融合、科教融汇是高职院校提高人才培养质量的有效途径。在产教融合背景下,应用化工技术专业借助地区产业转型升级的契机,构建校企产教双融通人才培养平台,形成互利共生、协调发展的格局,对接产业需求,对接企业标准,整合教学资源,创新人才培养模式。强化职业院校、企业、政府、行业、社会等多元主体的意识,把握立德树人、德技并修的深刻理论内涵,促进职业教育的高质量发展。Industry-education integration and science-education integration are effective ways for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent cultivation.Under the background of industry-education integration,the applied chemical technology major takes advantage of the opportunity of regional industrial transformation and building talent cultivation platform of dual intergration for school-enterprise industry-education.Forming a pattern of mutual benefit,symbiosis and coordinated development.Linking with industrial needs and enterprise standards,innovating talent cultivation models.Strengthening the awareness of multiple subjects such as vocational colleges,enterprises,governments,industries,and society.It is necessary to grasp the profound theoretical connotation of cultivating morality and people as well as both moral and technical,to promote high-quality development of vocational education.
