含氯泡沫清洗剂氯含量测定方法的优化

摘　　要：根据次氯酸钠:GB/T 19106-2013中方法测定含有十四烷基二甲基氧化胺表面活性剂的含氯清洗剂,其有效氯含量测定结果精密度差,准确度低。通过添加阴离子表面活性剂脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,增加体系黏度,提高碘颗粒分散度,添加有机酸中和电荷,避免碘单质团聚,从而提高了氯含量测定的精密度和准确度。结果显示,测定结果的准确度和精密度均有大幅提高,为含有类似表面活性剂成分的体系有效氯含量测定提供了参考。The determination of available chlorine content in chlorine-containing cleaner containing N,N-dimethyltetradecylamine N-oxide sol surfactant according to GB/T 19106-2013 exhibited low precision and accuracy,anionic surfactant fatty acid methyl estersulfonate was added to increase the viscous of the system,and improve the dispersity of Elemental Iodine,organic acid was added toneutralize charges,and eliminate agglomeration of Iodine,to improve precision and accuracy.The results show that the accuracy and precision of available chlorine content determination greatly improved,which provides a reference for the chlorine contentdetermination of this similarsurfactant components-containingproducts.
