和田黑鸡、吐鲁番斗鸡A-FABP、H-FABP基因与IMF关联性分析  

Correlation Analysis between A-FABP,H-FABP Genes and IMF in Hetian Black Chickens and Turpan Fighting Chickens

摘　　要：本试验采用FQ-PCR法检测A-FABP、H-FABP基因分别在和田黑鸡、吐鲁番斗鸡心脏、腹脂、胸肌、腿肌中的表达差异,并分析2种基因的表达量与IMF沉积的相关性。结果表明:(1)和田黑鸡胸肌、腿肌IMF含量均明显高于吐鲁番斗鸡,且分别高出吐鲁番斗鸡20.91%(P<0.01)、14.72%(P<0.05);(2)A-FABP基因在和田黑鸡心脏、胸肌、腿肌中的表达量较吐鲁番斗鸡分别高了11.93%(P<0.05)、7.50%(P>0.05)、20.87%(P<0.01),而腹脂表达量低于吐鲁番斗鸡6.27%(P>0.05);H-FABP基因在和田黑鸡心脏、胸肌和腿肌中的表达量较吐鲁番斗鸡分别高了4.67%(P>0.05)、6.42%(P>0.05)、14.56%(P<0.05);(3)2种品种鸡胸肌、腿肌A-FABP基因的表达与IMF的浓度之间存在正相关;H-FABP基因的表达与IMF的浓度之间存在负相关。This experiment used FQ-PCR to detect the expression differences of A-FABP and H-FABP genes in the hearts,abdominal fat,breast muscles,and leg muscles of the Hotan Black chicken and Turpan fighting chicken,and analyzed the correlation between the expression of the two genes and the deposition of IMF.The results showed that:(1)The IMF content in chest muscle and leg muscle of Hetian black chicken was significantly higher than that of Turpan fighting chicken,and was 20.91%(P<0.01)and 14.72%(P<0.05)higher,respectively;(2)The expression of A-FABP gene in heart,pectoralis and leg muscles of Hetian black chickens was 11.93%(P<0.05),7.50%(P>0.05)and 20.87%(P<0.01)higher than that of Turpan fighting chickens,while the expression of abdominal fat was 6.27%lower than that of Turpan fighting chickens(P>0.05).The expression of H-FABP gene in the heart,pectoral muscle and leg muscle of Hetian black chickens was 4.67%(P>0.05),6.42%(P>0.05)and 14.56%(P<0.05)higher than that of Turpan fighting chickens,respectively;(3)There was a positive correlation between the expression of A-FABP gene in breast muscle and leg muscle of the two breeds and the concentration of IMF.There was a negative correlation between the expression of H-FABP gene and the concentration of IMF.
