摘　　要：阐述国家科技创新成果转化现状及存在的问题,从企业研发角度提出在人和组织两个方面促进科技创新成果转化的相关措施。This paper introduces the current status and existing problems during transformation of national scientific and technological innovation achievements,and proposes relevant measures to promote transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements from the perspective of research and development in terms of both human-resource and organization of the enterprise.
