摘 要:针对光伏面板的清洁问题,分析了光伏清扫机器人对单轴追光系统的适配性问题。首先采用数值模拟及试验方法分析了光伏清扫机器人对追光系统强度的影响,在此基础上给出了光伏清扫机器人在单轴追光系统上适配性分析,并对遇到的问题提出了改进策略。研究结果表明:1)随角度的增加,光伏组件的应力和变形在减小;而随着檩条距离的增加,应力和变形在显著增加。单轴追光系统上安装清扫机器人后依然满足强度条件。2)清扫机器人可以适用于单轴追光系统。追光系统阵列之间可以通过安装连接杆来完成光伏清扫机器人的通过,即使在单轴追光支架处出现凸起,也可以通过设计拱形或翘板结构来实现,总体来看,清扫机器人可以适用于单轴追光系统。3)清扫机器人的越障能力保障了其可以在单轴追光r3系统存在平面高度错位、侧面错位、X形错位、V形错位等情况顺利完成清扫任务。综上所述,光伏清扫机器人适用于单轴追光系统,并且不会影响单轴追光系统的强度。清扫机器人的越障能力保障了其可以正常地完成清扫工作。To solve the problem of the cleaning photovoltaic panels,this paper analyzes the adaptability of photovoltaic cleaning robot to single-axis light tracking system.Firstly,the influence of photovoltaic cleaning robot on the intensity of light tracking system is analyzed by numerical simulation and experimental methods.Based on this,the adaptability of photovoltaic cleaning robot in single-axis light tracking system is analyzed,and the improvement strategy is proposed to solve the problems encountered.The results show that:1)With the increase of the angle,the stress and deformation of the photovoltaic module decrease;With the increase of purlin distance,stress and deformation increase significantly.The strength condition is still satisfied after the cleaning robot is installed on the single-axis light tracking system.2)The cleaning robot can be applied to the single-axis light tracking system.When the light tracking system array can be installed between the connecting rod to complete the passing of the photovoltaic cleaning robot,even if there is a convex in the single-axis light tracking bracket,it can also be achieved by designing an arch or warped plate structure.In general,the cleaning robot can be applied to the single-axis light tracking system.3)The obstacle crossing ability of the cleaning robot ensures that it can successfully complete the cleaning task when there are plane height dislocation,side dislocation,X-type dislocation,V-type dislocation and other conditions in the single-axis light tracking system.In summary,the photovoltaic cleaning robot is suitable for single-axis light tracking system,and does not affect the intensity of the single-axis light tracking system.The obstacle crossing ability of the cleaning robot ensures that it can complete the cleaning work normally.
