摘  要:为了满足多孔类工件自动化装配的需求,基于Python设计了角度自动识别与定位系统。首先进行工件关键特征分析,通过OpenCV库对工件进行图像形态学分析,然后进行特征提取及特征匹配,利用特征值之间的三角函数关系,计算出产品图像相对于基准图像的旋转角度值。搭建了龙门机架测试系统,实现了多孔类工件旋转角度自动识别,验证了角度识别与定位系统的准确性,角度值检测精度在0.1°以内,检测成功率达99%。In order to meet the needs of automated assembly of porous workpieces,this paper designs a automatic recognition and positioning system of workpiece angle based on Python.Firstly,we perform key feature analysis on the workpiece,perform image morphology analysis on the workpiece using the OpenCV library,then perform feature extraction and matching,and use the trigonometric relationship between feature values to calculate the rotation angle value of the product image relative to the reference image.The gantry frame test system is built to realize automatic recognition of porous workpieces rotation angle,thus verifying the accuracy of angle recognition and positioning system.The detection accuracy of angle value is within 0.1°,and the detection success rate is 99%.
