摘 要:液压减振器阻尼特性的影响因素较多,主要包括温度、内部结构参数、油液性能参数等。以某型液压减振器为例,建立液压减振器全参数物理特性计算模型,研究阻尼特性的影响因素。利用计算模型探究温度、油液体积模量这两个关键因素对阻尼特性的影响规律,结果表明:油液体积模量的变化对静态阻尼特性影响较小,仅影响动态阻尼特性;而温度对减振器卸荷前的阻尼力影响较大,对卸荷后的阻尼力几乎无影响。There are many factors affecting the damping characteristics of hydraulic shock absorber,including temperature,internal structure parameters,oil performance parameters and so on.Taking a certain type of hydraulic shock absorber as an example,the calculation model of full parameter physical characteristics of hydraulic shock absorber is established,and the influencing factors of damping characteristics are studied.The influence of temperature and bulk modulus of oil on the damping characteristics is studied by using the calculation model.The results show that the change of bulk modulus of oil has little effect on the static damping characteristics,but only affects the dynamic damping characteristics.The temperature has great influence on the damping force of the shock absorber before unloading,but has almost no influence on the damping force after unloading.
