摘　　要：曲块转运是白酒行业中制曲工艺的必要工序,需要将曲块从曲房转运至粉碎口。由于曲块的固有特性和生产工艺的特殊性,曲块转运需要耗费大量人力,而且会产生大量扬尘。为满足自动化生产需要,设计一套自动化曲块转运系统,实现曲块上料、同楼层转运、跨楼层转运、下料粉碎全过程的自动化,从而有效降低工人劳动强度,控制生产指标。The transfer of rhizopus brick is a necessary process in the liquor industry,which needs to transfer the rhizopus brick from the rhizopus brick room to the crushing port.Due to the inherent characteristics of the brick and the particularity of the production process,the transfer of the brick needs to consume a lot of manpower,and will produce a lot of dust.In order to meet the needs of automatic production,a set of automatic rhizopus brick transfer system is designed to realize the automation of the whole process of rhizopus brick loading,same-floor transfer,cross-floor transfer,cutting and crushing,so as to effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and control the production index.
