摘　　要：在能源革命背景下,新能源科学与工程专业人才培养承担着崭新而重大的责任。本文提出“产业—企业—专业”的定制班人才培养模式,根据能源布局及新能源发展趋势积极开展教育教学改革,与新能源产业人才需求紧密衔接,提高了新能源科学与工程专业学生专业技能水平,为同类院校定制培养人才提供了参考。Under the background of energy revolution,the training of new energy science and engineering professionals has taken on a new and important responsibility.This paper proposes the"industry-enterprise-specialty"customized class talent training mode,actively carries out education and teaching reform according to the energy layout and the development trend of new energy,closely connects with the talent needs of new energy industry,improves the professional skill level of students majoring in new energy science and engineering,and provides a reference for the customized talent training of similar colleges and universities.
