摘　　要：加快推进专业学位研究生教育高质量发展,培养高层次应用型拔尖创新人才,对于建设研究生教育强国具有重要意义。目前我国高校专业学位研究生培养机制中存在一系列问题,如培养目标与社会需求不一致、培养质量与师资结构不均衡、培养模式与校企平台不协同等,制约着人才培养的质量与发展。本文详细阐述我国高校专业学位研究生培养机制存在的问题,并逐一提出优化建议,为新时代高校专业学位研究生培养机制的改革提供参考。It is of great significance for building a strong country of postgraduate education to accelerate the high-quality development of professional degree postgraduate education and cultivating high-level applied innovative talents.At present,there are a series of problems in the cultivation mechanism of professional degree postgraduates in Chinese colleges and universities,such as inconsistency between cultivation objectives and social needs,imbalance between cultivation quality and faculty structure,and non-synergy between cultivation modes and enterprise-college platforms,which restrict the quality and development of talent cultivation.This paper elaborates on the problems existing in the cultivation mechanism of professional degree postgraduates in Chinese colleges and universities and puts forward optimization suggestions one by one,providing reference for the reform of postgraduate cultivation mechanism in new era.
