小农户组织化获取农业生产性服务的理论逻辑与实践探索

摘　　要：现阶段,小农户仍然是中国最主要的农业经营主体,组织化获取农业生产性服务是其与现代农业有效衔接的重要方式。在系统梳理小农户组织化获取农业生产性服务演进脉络的基础上,从迂回交易的分工逻辑、服务获取的规模逻辑和组织协作的合作剩余逻辑三个层面构建理论分析框架,并基于山东省博兴县的实地调研开展案例分析。研究发现,在村集体的统筹协调下,小农户的服务需求由分散转为聚合,实现了与农业生产性服务供给的有效匹配。依托村集体的衔接机制,规模化的服务需求推动小农户卷入分工体系,有助于提升农业生产效率,在降低经营成本的同时,促进了合作剩余的生成。At present,small farmers are still the main body of agricultural management in China.Organizational obtaining agricultural productive services is an important way for smallholders to connect with modern agriculture.On the basis of a systematic review of the evolution of small farmers'organizational access to agricultural production services,this paper structured theoretical analysis framework from the logic of division of labor in roundabout transactions,the logic of scale in service access,and the logic of cooperative surplus in organization and collaboration.Then,this paper conducted the case study in Boxing County,Shandong Province.It is found that under the coordination of the village collective,the service demand of small farmers has shifted from dispersion to aggregation,achieving effective matching with the supply of agricultural productive services.Relying on the connecting mechanism of village collectives,the large-scale service demand drives smallholders to participate in the division of labor system,which helps improve agricultural production efficiency,reduce operating costs,and promote the generation of cooperative surplus.
