摘 要:随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,中国成为越来越多海外年轻人求学的热门选择。数字化时代电子商务平台蓬勃发展,已经融入人们的日常生活,来华留学生群体也在学习使用电商平台,但在使用过程中遭遇了数字排斥现象。基于此,本研究从“数字排斥”转为“数字赋能”,构建“数字赋能”驱动来华留学生群体权利保障的理论框架。当前来华留学生使用中国电商平台的困境主要在于数字排斥的影响,具体表现为制度排斥、技术排斥、组织排斥以及文化排斥。为解决数字排斥问题,电商平台、留学生个体、政府三方应共同寻找解决对策,电商平台应推动外国人友好化平台建设,留学生提升汉语水平和数字素养,政府则应规范电商平台管理,加强立法和监管,推动电商平台国际化。With the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative,China has become a popular choice for more and more overseas young people to study.In the digital era,e-commerce platforms are booming and have been integrated into People's Daily life.Students studying in China are also learning to use e-commerce platforms,but they encounter digital exclusion in the process of use,which urgently needs to attract more scholars'focus and in-depth research.Based on this,this study starts from the perspective of"digital exclusion"to"digital empowerment",and attempts to build a theoretical framework that"digital empowerment"drives the rights protection of international students in China.At present,the dilemma of international students using Chinese e-commerce platforms mainly lies in the impact of digital exclusion,which is specifically manifested as institutional exclusion,technological exclusion,organizational exclusion and cultural exclusion.In order to solve the problem of digital exclusion,e-commerce platforms,individual students,and the government should jointly find solutions,e-commerce platforms should promote the construction of foreigner-friendly platforms,international students to improve Chinese proficiency and digital literacy,the government should standardize the management of e-commerce platforms,strengthen legislation and supervision,and promote the internationalization of e-commerce platforms.The study aims to provide guidelines for the digital integration of international students in China,promote their better use of Chinese e-commerce platforms,and adapt to and integrate into the Chinese social and cultural environment.
