摘　　要：中枢性疼痛由中枢躯体感觉神经系统病变引起,程度剧烈,严重影响生活质量。传统药物治疗作用有限,近年神经调控技术广泛应用于中枢性疼痛的治疗,主要包括脊髓电刺激术和运动皮质电刺激术。本文从二者的原理、临床应用及不良反应方面展开综述,并分析未来研究方向,旨在指导神经调控技术在中枢性疼痛中的应用。Central pain often arises as a sequela of lesions in the central somatosensory nervous system,and the intensity of pain is generally severe,significantly impacting patients'quality of life.Conventional pharmacological therapies usually have limited efficacy.In recent years,neuromodulation technique mainly including spinal cord stimulation(SCS)and motor cortex stimulation(MCS),which have been widely applied in the treatment of central pain.This review provides an overview of the two techniques in terms of their principles,clinical applications and adverse effects,and analyze the future research directions,aiming to guide the application of neuromodulation technique in central pain.
