摘  要:分裂手现象可见于肌萎缩侧索硬化疾病的下运动神经元损害,是其早期主要特征之一。近年来,神经肌肉超声越来越多地应用于肌萎缩侧索硬化的诊断。既往研究表明神经肌肉超声在周围神经横截面积、肌肉厚度、回声强度、肌肉束颤、回声变异及灰度共生矩阵纹理参数等检测中较神经电生理更敏感,可作为神经电生理的辅助诊断应用于临床,有助于肌萎缩侧索硬化疾病的早期确诊、早期治疗。本文主要对肌萎缩侧索硬化分裂手现象的起源、机制和神经肌肉超声检测分裂手现象的研究作一综述。The split hand phenomenon can be seen in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,which is one of the main features in the early stages of the disease.In recent years,neuromuscular ultrasound has been increasingly applied to the diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,and previous studies have shown that neuromuscular ultrasound is more sensitive than neurophysiology in the detection of peripheral nerve cross-sectional area,muscle thickness,echo strength,muscle fasciculations,echo variability and grey scale covariance matrix texture parameters,and it can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic application of neurophysiology in clinical practice,which can help to confirm the diagnosis and early treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis disease.It can be used as an auxiliary diagnosis of neurophysiology in clinic,which can help the early diagnosis and early treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.This paper mainly discusses the origin,mechanism,and research progress of neuromuscular ultrasound detection of split hand phenomenon in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
