摘　　要：越来越多的炎症免疫标志物被证实对预测缺血性卒中(IS)患者的预后有较好的价值。淋巴细胞、单核细胞、高血糖作为炎症免疫因子全程参与卒中发生发展过程。研究发现,淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值(LMR)、应激高血糖比值(SHR)成为新型的炎症免疫标志物,对识别危重症卒中患者、改善临床结局等方面有较好的预测价值。本文对淋巴细胞、单核细胞、高血糖在AIS中的机制以及LMR、SHR目前研究现状进行综述。More and more inflammatory immune markers have been shown to be of good value in predicting the prognosis of ischemic stroke(IS)patients.Lymphocyte,monocyte and hyperglycemia,as inflammatory and immune factors,participate in the whole process of stroke occurrence and development,and it was found that the lymphocyte/monocyte ratio,LMR and stressed hyperglycemia ratio(SHR)have become new inflammatory and immune markers,which have good predictive value for identifying critical stroke patients and improving clinical outcomes.This article reviews the mechanism of lymphocyte,monocyte and hyperglycemia in AIS and the current research status of LMR and SHR.
