益气通脉方联合常规西药治疗H型高血压合并急性缺血性脑卒中临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气通脉方联合常规西药治疗H型高血压合并急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将2022年1月—2024年1月河南省中西医结合医院收治的80例H型高血压并急性缺血性脑卒中患者分为对照组、治疗组各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组给予益气通脉方联合常规西药治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、收缩压、舒张压及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,并评估2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率92.50%(37/40),高于对照组75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、NIHSS评分、收缩压、舒张压及血清Hcy水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组中医证候积分、NIHSS评分、收缩压、舒张压及血清Hcy水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气通脉方联合常规西药治疗H型高血压合并急性缺血性脑卒中疗效确切,能够降低患者血压水平,改善神经功能,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongmai Prescription combined with conventional western medicine on H-type hypertension complicated with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with H-type hypertension complicated with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Henan Integrative Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the treatment group received a combination of Yiqi Tongmai Prescription and conventional western medicine treatment.Compared the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores,systolic and diastolic blood pressure,and serum homocysteine(Hcy)levels between the two groups before and after treatment,and evaluated the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.50%(37/40)in the treatment group,which was higher than that of 75.00%(30/40)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,NIHSS score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and serum Hcy levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and serum Hcy level in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yiqi Tongmai Prescription and conventional western medicine has a definite therapeutic effect on H-type hypertension complicated with acute ischemic stroke,which can lower the patient's blood pressure levels,improve neurological function,and has high safety.
