82例前磨牙根管治疗后不同修复方式的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨存在近中邻合面或远中邻合面(MO/DO)缺损且已行完善根管治疗的前磨牙采用不同修复方式的临床效果,以期指导临床治疗方案的选择。方法:本研究通过回顾2019年7月~2021年12月在福建省级机关医院口腔中心诊治的82例前磨牙根管治疗后,且存在MO/DO缺损的患者,根据最终修复方式的不同,分为复合树脂充填组(对照组)和全冠修复组(研究组),并随访观察2年,比较两组临床有效率和患者满意率。结果:研究组患牙有效率为90.48%,对照组患牙有效率为72.50%,两组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的满意率为92.86%,对照组患者的满意率为82.50%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于已行完善根管治疗后的前磨牙,其MO/DO缺损采用全冠修复牙体缺损比采用复合树脂充填修复牙体缺损更能避免修复体脱落和牙体折断等风险,提高患牙的保存率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of different repair methods for endodontically treated premolars with mesio occlusal or distal occlusal(MO/DO)defect,in order to guide the selection of clinical treatment.Methods:In this study,82 patients with MO/DO defect after root canal treatment of premolars were reviewed at the stomatological center of Fujian Provincial Governmental Hospital from July 2019 to December 2021.According to the different final repair methods,the patients were divided into a composite resin filling group(control group)and a full crown repair group(study group),and followed up for 2 years to compare the clinical effective rate and patient satisfaction rate between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 90.48%in the study group and 72.50%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 92.86%,and the satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 82.50%,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:For premolars with MO/DO defects after complete root canal treatment,using full crown to repair the defects can better avoid the risk of loss of prosthesis and fracture of teeth than using composite resin filling to repair the defects,and improve the preservation rate of affected teeth.
