摘　　要：阻力呼吸器锻炼是一种通过提供阻力训练呼吸肌肉的方法,被广泛用于肺癌患者的康复治疗中。阻力呼吸器锻炼可有效增强肺部功能,提高肺活量和最大呼气流速等呼吸指标。这是因为阻力呼吸器锻炼通过增加呼吸肌肉力量和耐力,改善了肺部的通气和血液循环,促进了肺功能的恢复。虽然如此,目前对阻力呼吸器锻炼在肺癌患者术后康复中的应用还存在一些困难和问题。一方面阻力呼吸器锻炼的具体训练方案和参数仍不够统一。另一方面在实际应用中很难掌握患者的个体差异和适应能力,不能进行个性化的康复训练。本文通过综述相关文献,总结了阻力呼吸器锻炼对肺癌患者术后肺功能及康复情况的研究进展。Resistance breather exercise is a method of training respiratory muscles by providing resistance and is widely used in the rehabilitation of lung cancer patients.Studies have shown that resistance ventilator exercise can effectively enhance lung function and improve respiratory indexes such as lung capacity and maximum expiratory flow rate.This is because resistance ventilator exercise improves ventilation and blood circulation in the lungs by increasing respiratory muscle strength and endurance,which promotes the recovery of lung function.Nevertheless,there are still some difficulties and problems in the current application of resistance ventilator exercise in postoperative rehabilitation of lung cancer patients.On the one hand,the specific training program and parameters of resistance ventilator exercise are still not uniform enough.On the other hand,it is difficult to grasp the individual differences and adaptability of patients in practical application,and personalized rehabilitation training cannot be carried out.This paper summarizes the research progress of resistance ventilator exercise on postoperative lung function and rehabilitation of lung cancer patients by reviewing related literature.
