TCT细胞学检测仪在宫颈癌筛查中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察宫颈癌筛查中使用液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)细胞学检测仪所体现的价值。方法:本试验对象选自2022年6月~2024年2月在本院接受宫颈癌筛查共80例女性受检者,全部受检对象使用巴氏涂片检查、TCT细胞学检测仪进行检查。同时将病理检查结果作为本次试验的金标准,记录巴氏涂片检查、TCT细胞学检测仪对宫颈癌筛查结果,对比两种检查方法在宫颈癌筛查的诊断效能。结果:病理检查发现,全部80例受检对象23例证实为阳性,57例证实为阴性。巴氏涂片检查结果得知,共发现28例阳性,共发现52例阴性;TCT细胞学检测仪检查结果得知,共发现24例阳性,共发现56例阴性。巴氏涂片检查诊断宫颈癌灵敏度达到82.61%,特异度达到84.21%,准确度达到83.75%;TCT细胞学检测仪诊断宫颈癌灵敏度达到95.65%,特异度达到96.49%,准确度达到96.25%;两种检查方式诊断效能对比,TCT细胞学检测仪灵敏度、特异度以及准确度均比巴氏涂片检查显著提高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌筛查中使用TCT细胞学检测仪具备良好的精度。Objective:To observe the value of using liquid-based thin-layer cytology(TCT)cytology detector in cervical cancer screening.Methods:The subjects of this study were selected from 80 female patients who underwent cervical cancer screening in our hospital from June 2022 to February 2024.All the subjects were examined by Pap smear and TCT cytology detector.At the same time,taking the pathological examination results as the gold standard of this experiment,the results of cervical cancer screening by Pap smear and TCT cytology detector were recorded,and the diagnostic efficacy of the two methods in cervical cancer screening was compared.Results:Pathological examination showed that 23 cases of all 80 subjects were confirmed positive and 57 cases were confirmed negative.Pap smear showed that 28 cases were positive and 52 cases were negative.The results of TCT cytology detector showed that 24 cases were positive and 56 cases were negative.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of pap smear in diagnosis of cervical cancer reached 82.61%,84.21%and 83.75%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of TCT cytological detector in diagnosing cervical cancer reached 95.65%,96.49%and 96.25%.Comparison of diagnostic efficiency between two examination methods,TCT cytology detector were significantly higher than that of Pap smear(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCT cytology detector has good accuracy in cervical cancer screening.
