摘　　要：目的从文献计量学的角度分析体育锻炼干预卒中后认知障碍的研究现状和热点。方法检索Web of Science核心数据库,获得体育锻炼应用于卒中后认知障碍相关领域的研究。筛选截至2024-02-29英文发表的原始研究和综述,使用CiteSpace 6.2.4、VOSviewer 1.6.19、Scimago Graphica和Bibliometrix等可视化分析软件对符合标准文献的年发文量、国家、机构、作者、期刊和关键词等信息进行计量学分析。结果最终282篇符合标准的文献纳入分析。最早的相关研究发表于2003年,每年的科研成果量不同,呈逐年上升趋势,2022年出现峰值(43篇)。中国(71篇)发文量居首位,是前10个发表量最多的国家中唯一的发展中国家。不列颠哥伦比亚大学是发文量最多的机构(16篇)。Frontiers in Neurology发表相关论文最多(15篇)。Stroke的影响因子(IF)最高,为8.4。Eng和Liu-Ambrose的科研成果最多(8篇),同属加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学。虚拟现实、系统综述、可塑性和大脑突现词揭示了未来的研究趋势和热点。结论体育锻炼应用于卒中后认知康复相关研究呈增长趋势,中国在该领域取得一定成就,研究质量有待提升,团队间和国际合作亟需加强。北美和西欧国家在总被引次数占据主导地位,亚洲国家应积极开展更多的国际合作。基于虚拟现实的体育锻炼和系统综述将是未来研究的热点和趋势。Objective To identify the research status and hotspots of exercise intervention on cognitive impairment after stroke from the viewpoint of bibliometrics.Methods Relevant studies were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database.Articles and reviews published in English from the inception to February 292024 were exclusively considered.The CiteSpace 6.2.4,VOSviewer 1.6.19,Scimago Graphica and Bibliometrix programs were employed to exhaustively visualize information including annual publication volume,country,institutions,authors,journals,and keywords from eligible research.Results A total of 282 eligible papers were analyzed.The earliest studies were published in 2003.The annual scientific production varies from year to year,but tends to increase,peaking in 2022(n=43).China(n=71),the sole developing country among the top ten most prolific countries,ranked first in terms of the number of productions.The University of British Columbia was the most prolific institution(n=16).Frontiers in Neurology published the most papers(n=15).The IF of Stroke was 8.4.Eng and Liu-Ambrose had the same highest scientific production(n=8),belonging to the same institution at the University of British Columbia in Canada.“Virtual reality”“Systematic review”“Plasticity”and“Brain”indicated future research trend and hotspots.Conclusion Relevant research of exercise applied on post-stroke cognitive rehabilitation is growing,with China making some notable achievements in this area.However,the quality of research must be enhanced and inter-team and international cooperation must be reinforced.North American and Western European countries dominate the total citation numbers,with Asian countries being encouraged to engage more actively in international cooperation.Virtual reality-based exercise and systematic review are expected to become the trends and hotspots of future research.
