摘　　要：肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)是一种无法治愈且致命的运动系统神经退行性疾病。代谢缺陷是导致疾病进展的主要因素。越来越多的研究发现ALS的疾病进展与中枢神经系统和循环中的异常胆固醇代谢有关。本文主要对胆固醇代谢与ALS疾病进展的相关性以及胆固醇代谢调节剂在ALS治疗中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为该疾病的早期诊断及治疗方向提供有价值的线索。Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is an incurable and fatal neurodegenerative disease of the motor system.Metabolic defects are a major contributor to disease progression.More and more studies have found that the disease progression of ALS is related to abnormal cholesterol metabolism in the central nervous system and circulation.This article mainly reviews the correlation between cholesterol metabolism and ALS disease progression and the research progress of cholesterol metabolism modulators in the treatment of ALS,aiming to provide valuable clues for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
