摘　　要：癫痫是一种以反复发作为特征的神经系统疾病,谷氨酸转运体和神经炎症与癫痫的发作和发展存在相关性,神经元组织中炎症细胞和相关因子的激活及溶解调节受损时,会破坏血-脑屏障完整性,而血-脑屏障完整性的破坏是癫痫发生、发展的关键因素。本文通过对谷氨酸、谷氨酸转运体、神经炎症及血-脑屏障完整性与癫痫之间的关系进行综述,为防治癫痫提供新的思路。Epilepsy is a neurological disease characterized by recurrent seizures.Glutamate transporters and neuroinflammation are related to the onset and development of epilepsy.The activation and lytic regulation of inflammatory cells and related factors in neuronal tissue will destroy the integrity of the blood-brain barrier,and the destruction of the integrity of the blood-brain barrier is a key factor in the development of epilepsy.This article reviews the relationship among glutamate,glutamate transporters,neuroinflammation,blood-brain barrier integrity and epilepsy,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of epilepsy.
