摘  要:中点箝位型三电平整流器(NPC-TLR)已在光伏、汽车充电桩、微型家储等领域得到广泛应用。随着使用场景的扩充,TLR上,下直流侧电压和稳定控制变得愈发关键。本文针对上述需求提出了一种面向T型TLR的三矢量模型预测通用控制方法。首先,本文基于冗余矢量划分的调制方法分析了双负载T型TLR冗余矢量与上、下直流侧输出电压的关系,并给出基于冗余矢量调节的上、下母线电压无权重的模型预测控制(MPC)方法。其次,本文针对传统FCS-MPC在单周期内单一矢量作用引起并网电流纹波较大问题,提出了一种三矢量脉冲合成调制模型预测定频控制策略。最后,本文通过实验验证了上述方法的可行性和有效性。Neutral point clamped three-level rectifier(NPC-TLR)has been widely used in photovoltaic,automobile cha-rging pile,micro home storage and other fields.With the expansion of application scenarios,the upper and lower DC voltage and stability control of TLR become more and more critical.A general control method of three-vector model prediction for T-type TLR is proposed.Firstly,the relationship between the redundant vector and the output voltage of the upper and lower DC side of the dual-load T-type TLR is analyzed based on the modulation method of redundant vector division,and the model predictive control(MPC)method based on the redundant vector regulation of the upper and lower bus voltage is given.Secondly,aiming at tradition the problem of large grid-connected current ripple caused by a single vector action in a single period of FCS-MPC is presented.Athree-vector pulse synthesis modulation model is proposed to predict the fixed frequency control strategy.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the above method are verified by experiments.
