森林大型动态监测样地研究进展与热点分析

摘  要:作为重要的森林综合研究平台,森林大型动态监测样地(简称“大样地”)是研究森林群落内部组成(动物、植物和微生物)及其与环境相互作用的有效手段。为了解大样地研究现状、热点和发展趋势,对1990—2020年大样地相关文献进行检索、标记和筛选,最终从CNKI数据库和WOS核心数据库中分别获得中文文献307篇和英文文献665篇;采用文献计量方法对发文量、期刊、研究机构、作者和关键词等进行分析。结果表明,大样地研究发文量随时间推进呈上升趋势;发文量最多的期刊、国家和研究机构分别为《生物多样性》(84篇)、美国(455篇)和Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute(史密森热带研究所)(233篇);发文量最多的作者为Condit(59篇)和Hubbell(59篇);国内外不同研究机构和作者间的合作均不够密切。目前,大样地研究热点主要集中在森林物种组成、空间分布动态特征及生物多样性形成和维持机制等方面;大样地研究总体呈“物种组成-群落结构-森林环境-森林功能-全球变化”的发展趋势。我国已建立较全面的大样地监测网络,但多数大样地研究处在初步发展阶段,重点关注植物组成和空间分布格局等方面。建议在我国大样地未来的研究中推动高新技术和科技产品的应用;加强动物、微生物、森林环境、多营养级交互作用和森林生物地球化学循环库与通量的研究;加强大样地研究成果在森林培育、森林保护、森林恢复及相关政策和法律制订等方面的应用;加强国内外各研究机构和作者间的合作与交流。As important platforms for forest comprehensive research,forest large-scale dynamic monitoring plots(abbreviated as"large plots")are effective methods for studying internal compositions of forest communities(including animals,plants and microorganisms)and their interactions with environments.In order to understand status,hotspots and development trends of research on large plots,searching,tagging and screening of relevant literature from 1990 to 2020 were conducted,ultimately obtaining 307 Chinese literature from CNKI database and 665 English literature from WOS core database.Bibliometric method was used to analyze number of publications,journals,research institutions,authors and key words.Results showed that number of publications in research on large plots showed increase trend over time.Journal,country and research institution with the highest number of publications were Biodiversity Science(84 articles),USA(455 articles)and Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute(233 articles)respectively.Authors with the highest number of publications were Condit(59 articles)and Hubbell(59 articles).Cooperations among different research institutions and authors domestically and internationally were not close enough.Currently,hotspots of research on large plots mainly focused on forest species compositions,dynamic characteristics of spatial distribution,and formation and maintenance mechanisms of biodiversity.Research on large plots totally showed development trend as"species composition-community structure-forest environment-forest function-global change".China has established relatively comprehensive large plot monitoring network,but researches on most large plots were still at preliminary development stage,focusing on plant compositions and spatial distribution patterns.It was recommended for further research on large plots in China that applications of high-tech and technological products should be promoted;researches on animals,microorganisms,forest environments,multi-trophic level interactions,and forest biogeochemical
