摘 要:以广州海珠湾超大直径盾构隧道为例,对机械法联络通道施工关键技术进行研究,实现主线隧道与联络通道同步施工。对掘进机推力、掘进速度等参数,联络通道管片材质、尺寸等设计参数,洞门注浆、掘进机吊(组)装等始发技术,管片拼装、壁后填充等掘进技术,接收套筒安装与填仓、壁后浆液置换等接收技术进行叙述。通过开展隧道管片、地表及建(构)筑物变形监测,分析联络通道施工对主线隧道及周边环境的影响。Taking Guangzhou Haizhuwan super⁃large diameter shield tunnel as an example,the key technology of mechanical connection channel construction was studied to realize simultaneous construction of main line tunnel and connection channel.Parameters such as the thrust and tunneling speed of the tunnelling machine,design parameters such as the material and size of the connecting channel segment,initiation technologies such as tunnel door grouting and hoisting of the tunnelling machine,tunneling technologies such as segment assembly and filling after wall,receiving technologies such as receiving sleeve installation and silo filling,and slurry replacement after wall are described.By monitoring the deformation of tunnel segments,surface and structures,the influence of the construction of connection channel on main line tunnel and the surrounding environment was analyzed.
