摘 要:为提升高海拔隧道内的供氧效果,采用正交试验方法,通过Fluent软件构建数值计算模型,选取供氧管道位置、供氧管道至掌子面距离、氧气流出速度、风管位置、风管至掌子面距离、风流速度、掌子面温度作为影响因素,将氧气浓度峰值作为评价指标。研究结果表明,风管至掌子面距离、氧气流出速度、风流速度、供氧管道至掌子面距离、供氧管道位置、风管位置、掌子面温度对隧道内氧气浓度的影响程度依次减小;当供氧管道沿拱顶布设、供氧管道至掌子面距离为10m、氧气流出速度为6m/s、风管布设在右拱腰、风管至掌子面距离为10m、风流速度为8m/s、掌子面温度为40℃时,隧道内供氧效果最好,满足施工人员氧气需求。In order to improve the effect of oxygen supply in high⁃altitude tunnels,the orthogonal test method was used,and the numerical calculation model was constructed by Fluent software.The location of oxygen supply pipeline,the distance between oxygen supply pipeline and tunnel face,the velocity of oxygen outflow,the location of air duct,the distance between air duct and tunnel face,the velocity of air flow and the temperature of tunnel face were selected as the influencing factors,and the peak value of oxygen concentration was used as the evaluation index.The results show that the influence of the distance between air duct and tunnel face,the velocity of oxygen outflow,the velocity of air flow,the distance between oxygen supply pipeline and tunnel face,the location of oxygen supply pipeline,the location of air duct and the temperature of tunnel face on the oxygen concentration in the tunnel decreases in turn.When the oxygen supply pipeline is arranged along the vault,the distance between oxygen supply pipeline and tunnel face is 10m,the velocity of oxygen outflow is 6m/s,the air duct is arranged in the right arch waist,the distance between air duct and tunnel face is 10m,the velocity of air flow is 8m/s,and the temperature of tunnel face is 40℃,the oxygen supply effect in the tunnel is the best,which meets the oxygen demand of the construction personnel.
