摘 要:文中对管输车用柴油浑浊和堵塞滤网的原因进行了研究。对样品的水含量、酸度、滤出物等进行了分析。根据分析结果对样品进行了细菌培养实验。研究结果表明,该管输柴油浑浊的原因不是水和油的乳化引起的,微生物及其代谢产物、减阻剂中的胺类化合物和酸性抗磨剂形成的胺盐、管道腐蚀形成的铁盐等是该油品堵塞滤网的主要原因。This paper studied the causes of turbidity and clogging of filter screen for automotive diesel oil by pipeline transportation,analyzed the water content,acidity and filtrate of the sample,and finally carried out the bacterial culture experiments on the samples according to the analysis results.The results showed that the turbidity of the pipeline diesel oil was not caused by the emulsification of water and oil,but the main reasons for the blockage of the filter screen were microorganisms and their metabolites,amine compounds in the drag reducer and acid anti-wear agent,and iron salt formed by pipeline corrosion.
