摘 要:目的:对不同地域阿给各部位(根、茎和叶)总酚和总黄酮含量差异进行研究,对阿给质量进行科学评价,为实现阿给资源的科学利用提供基础。方法:采用Folin-Ciocalteu分光光度法和AlCl_(3)比色法,分别以没食子酸和槲皮素为标准品,通过酶标仪对内蒙古不同地域阿给各部位总酚和总黄酮含量进行测定。结果:阿给根、茎和叶总酚含量最高的地域分别为井尔梁、红昭乡和荣升十八景,含量最低的地域均为正蓝旗;阿给根、茎和叶总黄酮含量最高的地域均为林西县,根和叶部总黄酮含量最低的地域均为大东沟,茎部总黄酮含量最低的地域为荣升十八景。相同地域阿给各部位总酚、总黄酮含量之间均存在显著差异(P<0.05),8个地域的阿给叶部总酚、总黄酮含量均高于茎和根部的含量;荣升十八景的阿给根部总黄酮含量以及额尔古纳市和井尔梁阿给根部总酚含量均高于茎部。结论:本研究建立的方法可快速、精确地测定阿给中总酚和总黄酮的含量,不同地域阿给各部位的有效成分含量间均表现出差异,部分地域阿给根部有效成分含量高于茎部,可为阿给资源合理利用提供科学依据。Objective:To evaluate the quality of Agi by studying the differences of total phenols and total flavonoids in different parts(roots,stems and leaves)of Agi from different regions,and to provide a basis for the scientific utilization of Agi resources.Methods:The Folin-Ciocalteu method and the AlCl_(3)method were used to determine and compare the contents of total phenols and total flavonoids in different parts of Agi from different regions of Inner Mongolia,using a microplate reader with gallic acid and quercetin as standards.Results:The regions with the highest total phenol content in the roots,stems and leaves of Agi were Jing'erliang,Hongzhao Township and Rongsheng Shibajing,respectively,while the region with the lowest content was Zhenglan Banner.The highest content of total flavonoid in the roots,stems and leaves of Agi was found in Linxi County,while the lowest content in the roots and leaves was found in Dadonggou,and the lowest content in the stems was found in Rongsheng Shibajing.There were significant differences in the contents of total phenols and total flavonoids among different parts of Agi within the same region(P<0.05).The contents of total phenols and total flavonoids in the leaves of Agi from eight regions were higher than those in the stems and roots.The results of stem and root content determination showed that the total flavonoid content in Rongsheng Shibajing and the total phenol content in Erguna City and Jing'erliang were higher in the roots than in the stems.Conclusion:The method established in this study could determine the content of total phenols and total flavonoids in Agi rapidly and accurately.It was found that the content of effective components in different parts of Agi varied across regions.The content of effective components in the roots of Agi from some regions was higher than that in the stems,which could provide a scientific basis for the rational utilization of Agi resources.
