南岳山区药食两用植物资源的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:为南岳山区药食两用植物资源的保护和开发提供科学依据。方法:通过访谈、野外调查和文献整理相结合,对南岳山区传统药食两用植物的种类、功效和利用部位等进行调查。结果:南岳山区常用药食两用植物复杂多样,共计59科123属163种(含变种);单种科和寡种科所占比例很大,占总科数的88.13%;单种属占总属数的80.49%,优势明显,没有较大属(≥11种);以果实、种子类入药的植物最多;功效上以清热解毒为主。结论:药食两用植物的利用在南岳山区居民的日常生活中比较普遍,该地区药食两用植物资源丰富,蕴藏着巨大的发展潜力,在后续开发中要注意综合利用与可持续发展并重。Objective:To provide a scientific basis for protecting and utilizing medicinal-edible plants in Nanyue mountainous regions.Methods:Interviews and fieldwork combined with literature were used to obtain information on the species,medicinal and edible effects and edible parts of these plants used by the local population.Results:The commonly used medicinal-edible plants in the region were diverse,with a total of 163 species belonging to 123 genera and 59 families.Among these plants,the proportion of monotypic and oligotypic families was large,accounting for 88.13%of the total families.Additionally,monotypic genera was significant,accounting for 80.49%of the total genera.No major genus(≥11 species)was identified.Plants that use fruits and seeds as medicine were the most common,and their primary efficacy was heat-clearing and detoxifying.Conclusion:Using medicinal and edible plants was remains prevalent in the daily lives of local residents.The Nanyue mountainous regions are rich in medicinal and edible plant resources with considerable development potential.In future resource development,attention should be given to both comprehensive utilization and sustainable development.
