摘　　要：目的:探讨肛窦炎的疾病特点、治疗方法和预后,总结肛窦炎的发病规律。方法:将病例数整理后导入Microsoft Excel软件,再将数据信息输入SPSS 26.0中,采用单样本方差分析检验法回顾分析2019年―2021年厦门市中医院953例肛窦炎患者发病与性别、年龄、季节的相关性,并从症状、体征、中西医治疗方案选择与预后等相关的数据分析肛窦炎发病规律。结果:肛窦炎以肛门坠胀感、肛门疼痛、灼热感、排便不尽感为主要表现,单因素分析显示,肛窦炎发病与性别无显著性差异,在年龄、好发位置、季节方面差异有显著性。临床治疗上多方案、多途径用药为目前治疗主流。结论:肛窦炎好发于春夏季,发病部位多位于肛门后侧,好发人群为饮食不节、嗜酒及肥甘之中青年。临床治疗以中西医结合保守治疗为主,对于症状明显者可采用手术治疗。改变生活、饮食习惯,调整作息,利于减少肛窦炎的发生。Objective:To investigate the disease characteristics,treatment and prognosis of anal sinusitis,and summarize the regularity of its occurrence.Methods:The number of cases was sorted and imported into Microsoft Excel software,and then the data information was input into SPSS 26.0.The correlation between the incidence and gender,age and season of 953 patients with anal sinusitis in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2019 to 2021 was retrospectively analyzed by single-sample ANOVA test.The incidence of anal sinusitis was analyzed from the relevant data of symptoms,signs,treatment options and prognosis.Results:The main manifestations of anal sinusitis were anal distension,anal pain,burning sensation and incomplete defecation.Univariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the incidence of anal sinusitis and gender,but there were significant differences in age,location and season.In clinical treatment,multi-protocol and multi-route drug use was the mainstream of current treatment.Conclusion:Anal sinusitis occurs more frequently in spring and summer,and the incidence site is mostly located in the back of the anus,and the prone population is young people with improper diet,alcoholism and fat and sweet food.The clinical treatment is mainly conservative treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and surgery can be used for the obvious symptoms of anal sinusitis.Changing life and diet habits,adjustments in work and rest can reduce the occurrence of anal sinusitis.
