摘　　要：数字技术与医疗产业的深度融合和系统重构,使得医疗产业数字化转型成为必然趋势。医疗产业数字化转型是指在信息化、数字化基础上,通过深度挖掘与全面应用医疗数据价值,实现对医疗产业全方位、全过程、全业务的变革和优化,以形成医疗产业数字化的新资源、新生态和新模式。从现实动力来看,数字技术、公共政策、产业资本和用户需求构成了医疗产业数字化发展的现实基础。鉴于此,须从“转型内容”“转型机制”“转型主体”“转型目标”四个维度,精心构建医疗产业数字化转型的发展路径,以推动医疗产业新生态和新模式的创新与发展,更好地满足用户对于医疗产业全方位、宽领域和多方面的现实需要。The profound integration and systematic reconfiguration of digital technology with the medical care industry have rendered the digital transformation of the latter an inexorable trend.This transformation aims to achieve comprehensive,end-to-end,and all-encompassing business change and optimization,thereby forging new resources,a novel ecosystem,and an innovative digital model for the medical care industry.This is accomplished through in-depth data mining and the full utilization of medical data informatization and digitization,underpinned by the foundational aspects of informatization and digitalization.From the standpoint of driving forces,digital technology,public policy,industry capital,and user demand collectively form the bedrock of this transformation.In light of this,the pathway for such a transformation should be meticulously constructed,supported by four pivotal dimensions:content,mechanism,subject,and goal.This approach is designed to foster the development of a new ecosystem and mode within the medical care industry,and to more effectively meet the omni-directional,multi-dimensional,and multi-faceted needs of users.
