自拟肠炎康方保留灌肠联合美沙拉嗪治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟肠炎康方保留灌肠联合美沙拉嗪治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019—2021年该院收治的120例大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为研究组与对照组各60例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用自拟肠炎康方保留灌肠治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、黏膜组织评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(56/60),高于对照组的80.00%(48/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);两组Geboes指数均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在美沙拉嗪治疗基础上采用自拟肠炎康方保留灌肠治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,以及降低中医证候积分和Geboes指数的效果优于单纯美沙拉嗪治疗。Objective:To observe effects of self-made Changyankang prescription retention enema combined with Mesalazine in treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis of large intestine damp-heat type.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with ulcerative colitis of large intestine damp-heat type admitted to the hospital from 2019 to 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mesalazine,while the study group was treated with self-made Changyankang retention enema on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the Chinese Traditional Medicine(TCM)syndrome score before and after the treatment,the mucosal tissue score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(56/60),which was higher than 80.00%(48/60) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before the treatment,that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Geboes index of both groups were lower than those before the treatment,that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of Mesalazine treatment,the self-made Changyankang prescription retention enema can improve the total effective rate of treatment in the patients with ulcerative colitis of large intestine damp-heat type,and reduce the TCM syndrome scores and the Geboes index levels.Moreover,it is superior to simple Mesalazine treatment.
